Ferry Hopping

Got out of work and walked 5 blocks to the ferry terminal, hopped on a 3 hour ferry to lofoten islands, walked off the ferry around 10pm, hitch hiked to the trail head, climbed up a super steep cliff that spit me out on one of the most beautiful trails I’ve ever hiked in my life(which says a lot in itself because I loathe the use of superlatives), right up there with Kalalau trail in Hawaii, breathtaking giant mountain islands violently erupting out of the Arctic Ocean, walked/climbed over treacherous but super lush flowery cliff trail, listened to music and danced in the alpenglow to that new new Globular album, ate snacks, took hella pictures under the midnight sun, watched the clouds do the strangest things below me that I’d never seen before, arriving in full force and vanishing into nothing instantaneously, watched the colors of the midnight sun all around me and over miles of ocean, headed back down the cliff and made it to the road safely and walked back to the ferry around 6:45am and walked right on the boat before it left at 7am, mission complete
